Job Description
Our company is currently looking for two switched on Administrators to join our registered training organisation located in Rosebery.
This is a fixed term contract with opportunity for ongoing extension - (Hours 8:30am – 5pm.)
Working as a team, some of the main duties will include but not limited to:
- Answering phone calls and liaising with students on their training
- Managing a busy email account and ensuring prompt responses
- Providing administration support to trainers
- Managing student enrolments and processing through our online portal
- Coordinating student and trainer schedules
- Maintenance of office and ordering stationery supplies
- Additional Ad Hoc Duties
To be suitable for this role, you will possess:
- Minimum 5 years administration experience
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Strong computer skills and efficiency in Microsoft Office products
