Job Description

Our company is currently looking for two switched on Administrators to join our registered training organisation located in Rosebery. 

This is a fixed term contract with opportunity for ongoing extension - (Hours 8:30am – 5pm.)

Working as a team, some of the main duties will include but not limited to:

  • Answering phone calls and liaising with students on their training
  • Managing a busy email account and ensuring prompt responses
  • Providing administration support to trainers
  • Managing student enrolments and processing through our online portal
  • Coordinating student and trainer schedules
  • Maintenance of office and ordering stationery supplies
  • Additional Ad Hoc Duties

To be suitable for this role, you will possess:

  • Minimum 5 years administration experience
  • Strong attention to detail is a must
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Strong computer skills and efficiency in Microsoft Office products
