Solid grounding in common business practices, policies and procedures in the area of Finance.
Project Experience in the analysis, design, development and implementation of the FICO solution within SAP R/3 (S/4HANA experience would be desirable); including understanding of organisation and data structures.
Proven and extensive operational support experience in the SAP R/3 FICO space.
The position requires self-motivation and a high degree of independence of action, initiative and innovation
- Strong written and oral communications skills and the ability to develop working relationships with staff and managers at all levels;
- 10+ years' experience with implementing and support SAP Finance (S/4HANA would be desirable);
- Good problem-solving skills;
- Excellent Computer skills, including both personal computer applications and large integrated systems;
- Possess excellent leadership qualities, be energetic, assertive and able to work under pressure;
- Ability to manage the deliverables within tight deadlines;
- Good presentation and report writing skills;
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in delivery of value to customers through Agile ways of working
