A Business Solution Provider vendor is looking for an experienced Call Centre Solution Support. This is a permanent role and is based in Sydney CBD.
The role is to provide support customers on systems and infrastructure. As well as providing support to existing systems you will also be involved with the implementation of Contact Centre software and hardware solutions. You will enjoy working in a customer focused and business facing role under a mission critical environment.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in supporting Call Centre Solution
- Experience with contact centre products under Genesys or Avaya or Aspect
- ServiceNow or similar Service Desk Ticketing System
- ITIL v3 Certification
- Previous experience in a managed services environment is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
