Change and Communications Officer

Clicks IT Recruitment is working with a large government department that are based in the heart of the Brisbane CBD. Currently they are looking for an experienced Change and Communications Officer to join their project team that is in the process of rolling out Office 365 and other MS products.

On offer is the chance to work with an experienced Change Manager, on an initial contract ending June 2020 with a further 3 month extension.

  • Working with project team and the Change Manager to develop specific Office 365 change management activities and messaging in support of multiple Program streams.
  • Perform a high-level change impact assessment.
  • Perform a high-level training needs analysis.
  • Develop learning and development materials.
  • Develop communication materials.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement change management processes and clear, concise communications.
  • Knowledge of Intranets, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, Office 365 and associated solutions,
  • Experience in delivering a program of communications to an organisation that focuses on the innovation opportunities of new technologies
  • Experience in delivering training and developing learning materials relevant to Office 365 solutions such as SharePoint, OneDrive and email
