Job Description

My client is looking for a Customer Services Consultant with the following skills sets:

Roles /Responsibilities include:

  • Activate new services and upgrade existing services
  • Invoicing
  • Stock ordering via the Inventory Manager
  • Modifying mobile services as required
  • Dispatching of stock to customers each day
  • Logging Orders into the internal Order Management System
  • Requesting Customer Account reports
  • Assisting Customers with service/support issues
  • Collection of Contracts, Business Partnership Funds, Early Redemption Credits paperwork where appropriate
  • Timely processing of customer orders and other requests
  • Periodic reporting as required
  • Must have a strong work ethic

Qualifications and experience:

  • Telstra's Mobile Network Connect ( MNC) experience.
  • Telstra's Mobile HelpDesk application ( MHD) or MICA application
  • Proficiency in Microsoft environment - essential
    • MS Word
    • MS Excel
    • MS Outlook
  • Experience in Mobile Phone sales environment - great advantage
  • Excellent phone manner + communication skills
  • High attention to detail.
