Job Description
My client is looking for a Customer Services Consultant with the following skills sets:
Roles /Responsibilities include:
- Activate new services and upgrade existing services
- Invoicing
- Stock ordering via the Inventory Manager
- Modifying mobile services as required
- Dispatching of stock to customers each day
- Logging Orders into the internal Order Management System
- Requesting Customer Account reports
- Assisting Customers with service/support issues
- Collection of Contracts, Business Partnership Funds, Early Redemption Credits paperwork where appropriate
- Timely processing of customer orders and other requests
- Periodic reporting as required
- Must have a strong work ethic
Qualifications and experience:
- Telstra's Mobile Network Connect ( MNC) experience.
- Telstra's Mobile HelpDesk application ( MHD) or MICA application
- Proficiency in Microsoft environment - essential
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- MS Outlook
- Experience in Mobile Phone sales environment - great advantage
- Excellent phone manner + communication skills
- High attention to detail.
