Role Title: Data Migration SME
Type: Contract / Statement of Work with 460degrees
Duration: Initially to 30 June + 6 monthly extension(s) aligned with funding
Location: Melbourne
Rate: $800/day ex GST
Client: Telstra
Role Description
- Data Migration Engineer within a CI/CD automation program
- Experience using MSSQL
- Migration experience, utilising ETL (Extract/Transform/Load) processing. Data cleansing (not crucial as it’s largely one to one, but knowledge of is useful)
- Generic Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) experience. Postgres preferred.
- Data modelling (Normalising and DeNormalising)
- Audit checking across Platforms. Checks to ensure all data is migrated
- Problem-solving, patience and pragmatism
- Understanding and exposure to Jira/Atlassian toolset
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Telco/Telstra experience
