Job Description
This team is responsible for the implementation, development and maintenance of a number of multi-user, enterprise systems.
They work closely with the CTO office and Business Transformation departments to ensure that capacity and service availability meet business needs.
Skills required:
- Demonstrated experience of system administration, development with web technologies (specifically .NET, HTML, XHTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript), developing APIs for data integration, SQL queries for MS SQL Sever and Oracle databases (or similar), and reporting tools (such as Crystal Reports or similar)
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with web and reporting tools in a large, distributed organisation
- Demonstrated experience of software development methodologies, such as SDLC and Agile.
- Knowledge of ITIL, in particular Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
