Job Description

This role will involve being responsible for building new and support existing applications. The Developer will need to work across multiple facets of the project and juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time and have a strong analytic capability and the ability to create innovative solutions.

Specific duties/functions and responsibilities

  • Work with the development team to deliver end-to-end applications
  • Working with Solutions Architect to design technical solutions for allocated projects
  • Support and maintain existing applications as required
  • Participate in code management tasks such as branching and merging as well as maintenance of automated build process
  • Maintain tasks in JIRA as well as review and maintain coding standards and product release process
  • Communicate (written and verbal) clearly, proactively and professionally
  • Develop release plan for every product releases
  • Develop and expand features and products using a variety of programming languages and technologies
  • Learn and assess new technologies for allocated projects
  • Identify and escalate potential roadblocks and problems faced to the manager.


  • 5+ years of .NET development experience in web-based applications
  • Experience with .NET framework 4 and above, .NET Core 2.x and above, Restful APIs, MVC, JQuery, Vuejs and Angular 6 and above
  • Experience with Progressive Web Application (PWA)
  • Experience with ElasticSearch or SOLR search and analytics engine
  • Experience with the development using Sitefinity or Umbraco
  • Experience with MS Windows Server environment and IIS
  • Experience with MS SQL Server
  • Experience working with source code management systems (GIT and SVN)
  • Experience with Build and release management such as Jenkins or TeamCity (Preferred)
  • Experience using JIRA for managing tasks
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • High-level organisational and communication skills
  • Experience with Agile development methodology
  • Experience with Single Sign-On protocols such as CAS, SAML and OAuth
  • Experience with SSIS
  • Experience with Redis Cache
