Our client is an Aussie Agricultural firm with a strong foothold in the market across the country.
The role is seeking graduates with experience in retail or customer service positions who are looking to get a start in their corporate career.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
Liaise with the Procurement Team in relation to purchasing, stocking policies and maintaining stock levels for all warehouses
Execute and maintain all processes relating to consignment stock
Execute and maintain all processes relating to stock integrity
Investigate supplier / customer invoice queries and credit claims
Ensure a high level of accuracy with all data entry related activities on a timely basis as required and or requested
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Procurement, forecasting, and replenishment of stock
Update consignment stock pricing records & process monthly reconciliations
Process inventory adjustments (neg/pos, transfers, cost and stock returns)
Investigate & resolve supplier invoice queries & customer credit claims
As required contact external customers
As required perform other administrative duties
Ensure all documentation is filed and stored away accurately and promptly
MUST HAVE
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability and drive to learn new concepts
Passion for the agriculture industry and helping Aussie farmers
