Job Description

To meet Modis continuously growing pipeline of work, we are looking for a Scrum Master. You will be required to work as a member of one of four OADC ART Multi-Disciplinary Team's. the successful candidate will work with the MDT Product Owner, Business SME/BA and Scrum Master to provide ICT Analysis skills to support Capability, Epic and Feature discovery to populate the OADC backlog as input to the initial Cost-of-Delay workshop. The role is an immediate start, 6 months contract based in the CBD.

In this role, you will be responsible for the Development and Implementation of project communication plans in terms of objectives, audience, content, timing and communication channels including analysis and development of training plans

The requirement is for an ICT Project Analyst to support the Project Director in delivering a large, complex program to support a major business transformation.

Key Tasks/Duties

  • Facilitate the MDT's efforts during Capability, Epic and Feature discovery in the lead-up to CoD and PI Planning
  • Facilitate the MDT's efforts to deliver on PI Planning commitments

Skills and Experience required

  • Experience as a Scrum Master using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and demonstrated problem solving skills

Mandatory Criteria

  1. Accreditation as a Scrum Master (SAFe accreditation preferred)

Weighted Criteria

  1. Experience as a Scrum Master using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal and demonstrated problem solving skills
  3. Experience in DHS would be an advantage
  4. Experience in SAP environment would be an advantage

All contractors engaged through this process must have a MANDATORY Standard Criminal History Check via Crimtrac.

Must hold/be eligible to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance
