IT Service Desk | Level 1 & 2 | Permanent Role | Base Salary plus BONUS
My client is searching for a Level 1 & 2 Help Desk Officer to support a Microsoft Windows based environment and web based applications. The successful candidate will provide basic network, systems and hardware support such as printers and scanners. You will need to be a fast learner, very organised, and have extensive customer service skills
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Level 1 & 2 Support
- Good technical support knowledge and skills across Active Directory, Windows 8/10, MS Office Suites and use of remote connection tools
- Proven support experience at the 2nd level at least in the last 12 months of your role
- Responsible for setting up accounts and changing security/access rights in the Active Directory
- Experience in decommissioning non-active or terminated users
- Experience supporting users over the phone/email or face to face including troubleshooting Windows problems, Internet connection related issues and Microsoft Office/Outlook updates and configurations
- Excellent communication skills and can speak to non-technical computer users
- Previous experience in providing Hardware Support including Telephony Systems and Mobile Devices
- Software installations and support ERP Systems and database
