Clicks IT is working with an Australian owned solution provider. We are looking for a Junior Support Analyst to work on a permanent basis based in Sydney. You will be providing on site support analyst to support customer systems and infrastructure as well as providing support to existing systems.
you will be
- Involved with implementing the contact centre software and hardware solutions
- Providing support at an exceptional level to ensure customer satisfaction
- Escalate calls where required
- Working in a customer focused and business facing role
- At least 18 months Technical Service Desk Support experience
- Must have prior experience working in an MSP
- ServiceNow experience
- IT Diploma/ Degree holder
- Experience with ITIL v3
