Clicks IT is working with a leading Government Department to work on a L1 Help Desk role on an initial 1.5 month contract and will be extended for another 12 months, based in Sydney CBD.
- Provide level 1 help desk support to external users
- Maintain records of user issues and provide regular statistics
- Undertake UAT
- Reset passwords
- Support internal users on their system
- Strong communication skills
- Technical background
- Software/ CRM support
- Strong customer service
- Computer Science Degree or relevant
