The Role:

Clicks IT is working with a leading Government Department to work on a L1 Help Desk role on an initial 1.5 month contract and will be extended for another 12 months, based in Sydney CBD.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 1 help desk support to external users
  • Maintain records of user issues and provide regular statistics
  • Undertake UAT
  • Reset passwords
  • Support internal users on their system

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Technical background
  • Software/ CRM support
  • Strong customer service
  • Computer Science Degree or relevant
