Our client is a local and successful South Australian business. They are building for the future, and now have a need for a talented ICT Support Officer to come in to the team and take ownership of the first line of service to users. They have a small but skilled ICT team who are looking forward to having the right person join their ranks.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience providing first and second level support within a business, ideally in person and remotely, depending on the user's location. You must also be able to:
- Purchase, configure and deploy laptops, desk phones, mobile phones
- Help end users with their technology requests and issues
- Resolve issues with technologies like Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, MS Office, Cisco IP telephony and iPhones
- Work collaboratively with external service providers to resolve issues and requests
