Level 2 Desktop Support | Sydney CBD | Permanent Role | Global Company
Our client is a Global company with offices in the US, Europe and AsiaPac. This is more of a 2nd Level Desktop and Infrastructure role. You will be part of a small team of 3 supporting internal users in Sydney.
- Previous level 2/3 desktop support- minimum 2+ years
- Experience of Windows 7/10, Active Directory
- Basic experience or knowledge of TCP/IP or networking
- Knowledge of Microsoft Products such as Office 365
- Experience in troubleshooting issues with Hardware such as desktops and laptops
- Knowledge or experience supporting of banking applications an advantage
- Knowledge of real time data feed applications such as Fidessa or Bloomberg will be an advantage
- Ability to on-board new users
- Excellent and confident communications skills
