One of our premium clients based in Adelaide is looking for a highly experienced and committed Manager of IS & T Security. In this role you will be given the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to the continued innovation and success of the company. The Manager of IS & T Security is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of general security and related change and access controls in the ICT environment.
The position provides professional security-related expertise in a consulting role, and the Manager IS & T Security is accountable for the following functions:
- Information Technology Security Advisor (ITSA), providing support and advice to senior management on security measures.
- The Manager, IS & T Security ensures the more routine access control tasks being performed by nominated employees by coordination of Sub-Administration in the Field and the provision of related training, tools and procedures.
- Management of the more complex security/access requests. Providing solutions that are designed and implemented by a small group of specialist Security Administration staff.
- The incumbent draws on a foundation of previous professional security experience, and processes a high level of conceptualising, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
