Job Description

One of our premium clients based in Adelaide is looking for a highly experienced and committed MS Server Support. In this role you will be given the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to the continued innovation and success of the company.

Skills & Experience

  • 5 + years Microsoft Server support and troubleshooting in a large enterprise environment
  • 5 + years Customer service in Microsoft Server technology support
  • Support of Microsoft Operating Systems (particularly Windows Server 2008, 2012 and 2016), Remote Desktop Services and Citrix environments
  • Good understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Provision of support to customer environments which include MS SCCM, HP BSM, HP Server Hardware and HP Data Protector
  • Ability to understand technical issues and clearly articulate solutions to customers
  • Knowledge and understanding of ITIL
