Skills & Experience
- Experience in corporate systems support environments and experience applying relevant ITIL service management processes, including coordinating external service provider support, configurations and enhancements
- Experience in supporting and configuring SharePoint Online / O365 / Power Platform
- Advanced Experience in SharePoint Online site administration and configuration
- Conceptual understanding of SDLC to enable delivery of outcomes to customers
