The Functional Consultant will be required to have following skills:
- Oracle application Implementation or support experience in areas of HRMS, Absence, Accrual ( Annual and LSL ) , Payroll and OTL.
- Good Understanding and experience in Oracle payroll processing, Timecards, Costing , STP and reconciling.
- Experience in Forms personalization & MSS design, Organization structure and Hierarchy Design.
- Experience in Requirements gathering, Documentation, Gap analysis, Test script formulation and SDLC.
- Capable of handling the work independently with minimum support.
- Oracle HRMS/Payroll table design and report building skills using SQL is an Advantage.
