We are now seeking PEGA Business/Systems Analyst for our large Federal Government client in Canberra.

Overview

Our Client is looking for a PEGA Business/Systems Analyst. You will be working in a highly motivated team that works on the latest Pega platform. You will have exposure to the CRM and Pega applications and interfaces.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. ensure applications meet business and end-user requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues
  2. review and analyse existing applications effectiveness and efficiency, and develop strategies for improving or leveraging the systems to achieve strategic business objectives
  3. use progress against business outcomes, key performance indicators and quality assurance reports to inform overall management, strategic direction, and future planning
  4. set direction by contributing and aligning to local business plans and ICT strategies
  5. oversee, review and advise on a range of written material, including technical and corporate documentation
  6. collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve project outcomes

Mandatory Criteria

  1. 1+ years working as a Pega Business Analyst
  2. 3+ years working as a Business or Systems Analyst
  3. Hold a Pega Business Architect Certification

Weighted Criteria

  1. Experience producing application profiles and application documentation from Pega
  2. Excellent, high-level communication skills, both oral and written
  3. Proven experience delivering complete business requirements documentation using a variety of tools such as UML and BPMN
  4. Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders to drive business improvements
  5. Strong analytics and problem-solving skills
