Job Description

You will work with product owners, technical teams and project manager to understand & document the final 'to be' processes that sit around system functionality that has been built

What you will need for success:

  • Proven experience in creating end-to-end process maps using BPMN,
  • The ability to apply level 2 process architecture to clearly organise and capture all the processes impacted
  • Have previously been directly involved with (a minimum 1) Salesforce implementation
  • Strong senior stakeholder management with excellent written/verbal communications.
  • Strong requirements analysis/elicitation/specification and workshop facilitation experience.
  • Significant demonstrable experience in both Agile and traditional delivery approaches and work practices (e.g. user story development, prioritisation, estimation and process definition)
