- Manage timely and accurate client correspondence requirements
- Develop new client correspondence templates
- Engage with internal teams (Payments, Data, Communications)
- Develop processes and controls to support test execution
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Worked in Wealth or related industry before
- Strong delivery and business analytical skills
- Problem solving and attention to detail
- Exposure to change management practices
- Well-developed inter-personal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
