Job Description

To meet Modis continuously growing pipeline of work, we are looking for Product Analyst role to join the team to support and drive our expanding business. In this role, you will be responsible to develop and maintain an excellent understanding of SIP's (Superannuation and Investment Platforms) superannuation products, specifically the insurance component.

Duties:

  • Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of SIP's (Superannuation and Investment Platforms) superannuation products, specifically the insurance component, and be a point of reference for product queries from, and collaboration with, other areas of the business.
  • Support the Manager, Product Insurance in implementing and delivering the Trustee's Insurance Management Framework
  • Contribute to product development, including keeping abreast of market trends and developments, researching competitors, gaining market insights through external advisers.

  • Have accountability for product change and standards adherence (approval point for any change initiated by the Insurer or SIP, through Remedy, SAMP, AIC projects)
  • Communicate clearly with all stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables and manage stakeholder expectations.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong relevant experience and knowledge in superannuation market and group insurance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • RG146 qualified preferred
  • Undergraduate qualifications in Business, Finance or related discipline.
  • Studies in superannuation e.g. ASFA Diploma, Postgraduate qualifications are desirable
