The HR team is after a Performance and Productivity Consultant whose core focus is to measure, monitor and evaluate the performance of the Human Resources Directorate.
This role will be involved in designing key success metrics, developing monitoring plans, and tracking performance against Human Resources' strategic objectives as well as benchmarking against other public and private sector organisations.
This role identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and partners with the business to manage the provision of HCM technologies, methodologies and tools that enables the simplification of processes and streamlining of service delivery outcomes.
Accountabilities are as follows:
- Project administration
- Measuring, Monitoring performance
- Writing project briefs
- conducting business analysis
- design key success metrics
- develop monitoring plans
- benchmark against other public and private sector organisations.
Minimum two (2) years' experience in designing key success metrics, developing monitoring plans, and tracking performance against Human Resources' strategic objectives as well as benchmarking against other public and private sector organisations
Experience in mapping workflows and processes using a tool such as Visio or Microsoft Project and using quality improvements methodologies such as PDSA, Six Sigma
Extensive experience in research - to be specific, this role will be involved in looking into systems, collate information, prepare brief project recommendations forward, investigate, analyse gathered information.
Professional experience in use of HCM technologies
Professional experience in using methodologies and tools that enables the simplification of processes and streamlining of service delivery outcomes, such as productivity initiative ie, process mapped an activity, identified system duplication and amended and implemented a streamlined process to the improvement of the business.
Although background in the government sector would be an advantage, it is not essential.
