Our client is a dynamic project engineering & management consultancy specialising in managing industrial projects, with specific skills in the mining, cement and resources industries. Their head office is based here in Adelaide, with an expanding Sydney office. Due to growth, they currently have an opportunity for an experienced Project engineer to join their team in Adelaide.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Project Engineer is responsible for all Project delivery functions including feasibility studies, project management, site management, project control management, procurement, engineering management and construction management.
You will have relevant qualifications/experience and possess the ability to pick things up quickly, and have already learnt some great lessons from your exposure to projects to date.
Minimum requirements -
- Minimum requirement of Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 (preferably 5) years of experience in mining, cement and resources industries.
- HSE focused
- Excellent communication and time management skills
This role is due to start from early July. You will be paid a competitive hourly rate and the role is for a minimum of 6 months, likely to be ongoing.
