Skills & Experience
- Leading and coordinating the Management Committees in the development of a management agenda.
- Providing expert advice on a diverse range of matters and the interpretation and application of relevant certified agreements, awards and legislation.
- Engaging in high level negotiations with employee organisations in relation to specific industrial relations and human resource issues.
- Leading and managing the negotiation of enterprise bargaining agreements and coordinating related activities, including liaising with relevant unions and consulting with our employees.
