Job Description
Clicks are currently seeking a Project Support Officer for a long term contract opportunity with a federal government department.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist and understudy the PM
- Maintain project risk register
- Coordinate key team meetings
- Draft key project documentation as directed by the PM
- Maintain key project documentation to track finances, risk and schedule
- Draft meeting minutes
Qualifications and skills:
- Project support or project coordinator experience
- Strong oral and written skills
- Experience in developing core project documentation
- Knowledge of Commonwealth Procurement Rules
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience working on ICT projects preferred
- Ability to effectively work in an agile team environment
- Minimum NV1 clearance
