Job Description

Receptionist/Junior Administrator

We are currently looking for a Receptionist/Junior Administrator to join our small dynamic team located in Rosebery. This is a fixed term contract with opportunity for ongoing extension - (Hours 8:30am – 5pm.)

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main duties will include but not limited to:

  • Greeting and attending to all clients and visitors
  • Answering all incoming phone calls and directing them to the relevant person
  • Managing incoming email enquiries
  • Calling students to confirm classes
  • Maintenance of office housekeeping and ordering stationery supplies
  • Updating our company database with client details and auction results
  • Assisting the team with administration tasks as required
  • Additional Ad Hoc Duties

Our company prides itself on excellent customer service to our clients. Strong communication skills and excellent phone manner are essential for this role, as you will be the first point of contact for all calls. 

Some other key skills we would highly regard in our candidate include:

  • Previous administration experience (1-3 years)
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience using Mac computers
