The Role
This role involves investigation and resolution of issues, system administration and modifications, maintaining documentation and defining enhancements. You will bring your experience as a business analyst to elicit and document business requirements and to deliver appropriate solutions by designing and configuring solutions.
- Support the delivery of change requests and system enhancements
- Design and configure solutions using Microsoft Dynamics and PowerApps
- Perform specialised maintenance and administration activities
- Prepare technical reports/briefs at an advanced professional level
- Collaborate with other members within the ITS service delivery team including Developers and Testers
- Work collaboratively and develop effective working relationships to support internal stakeholders
Key Selection Criteria
- Over 4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Customer Engagement and Customer Service
- Over 2 years of experience using Power Automate and PowerApps platforms
- Experience using SharePoint Online and Power BI
- Demonstrated experience providing functional and technical support in an ITIL environment
About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
- Microsoft certification in the relevant technologies is highly desirable
- Ability to work both independently and in small teams to deliver complex solutions
- Demonstrated experience conducting workshops and training sessions to a variety of audiences
