Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver business requirements and implementation of a technical solution aligned with the needs of the client and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute the workstream specific project plan.
- Establish the principles and quality criteria for new business processes and systems changes.
- Lead and deliver BA activities to assure the project solution meets business needs,
What you will need for success:
- Salesforce project implementation, demonstrable Salesforce functional knowledge
- Combining of process outputs with BA outputs to create documentation with full business context
- Process modelling: Process mapping using BPMN, basic process architecture (at least 2 levels)
- Process analysis/improvement: Nice to have Lean Six Sigma certification and practical experience at Green Belt level
- Diverse industry experience to demonstrate ability to pick up new domain knowledge quickly (NFP/ fundraising a definite bonus but not essential).
