Job Description
You will be part of a program that delivers business capability to comply with its regulatory changes and address the Royal Commission findings. You will be responsible for changing the way decisions are made into the governance, accountability and risk management practices of the bank.
To be successful in this role you will have the ability define requirements in complex and ever changing range of existing and emerging regulation and changes. This role offers you with the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment undergoing significant transformation to a simpler and faster bank. You will help delivering change using leaner and more agile delivery approaches
Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthening accountability and risk management of the bank
- Detailed Requirements (technology, business and transitions)
- Gap Analysis
- High level impact identification
- Requirements Traceability
- Workshop agendas, minutes and supporting materials
- Supporting the change management team in developing communications and training content
- Contributing to the implementation approach
- Training Materials (review and sign off)
- Test cases (review and sign off)
Essential Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years experience as Business Analyst
- Experience in regulatory/compliance programs required
- Experience with banking regulations highly regarded
- Excellent requirements gathering and documentation / process mapping skills
- Excellent planning, co-ordination and facilitation skills
- Good problem analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to constructively challenge and question
- Ability to identify constraints, issues, risks
- Good relationship building and stakeholder management skills
