My client is a growing company in retail space looking for a Service Desk Manager to lead a team of 4 direct reports. If you a hands-on technical leader then do not miss on the opportunity.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for Franchise, Company owned retail store and Support Centre employees seeking technical assistance over the phone, or via email.
- Provide technical advice to other members of the Technology team.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and by asking pertinent questions
- Act as SME in all related technology matters
- Ensure that SLA's are managed and met in accordance with agreement with franchisees
- Proven experience as a Level 3 technician (or similar) for at least 10 years
- Technical competence and working knowledge of O365, Windows 10, Mac and PC hardware, Printers, computer peripherals, Mobile devices (iOS, Android), remote control software, server and cloud technologies
- Ability to diagnose and resolve a wide array of technical issues.
