Job Description

One of our premium clients based in Darwin is looking for a highly experienced and committed Lead Developer and Developer. This key position will be responsible to ensure that all in-scope projects delivered to meet the defined project acceptance criteria across key areas. Skills and Experience Required

Senior ServiceNow (SNOW) Lead Developer/Administrator

  • 4+ years ServiceNow experience and formal certifications; i.e. ServiceNow System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist
  • The role will report to the Scrum Master/Project Manager and be responsible for:
  • Leading the development and other developers (s) in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Developing the redesign of the ServiceNow portal, item classification, and augmentation of the search capability to improve the customer experience
  • Designing and developing new catalog items, forms, workflows, and content pages to expand the Service Catalogue based on requirements captured to date
  • Applying configuration changes as necessary and providing design advice around notifications, forms, user records, list views and catalog items in ServiceNow
  • Delivering change and continuous improvements to the ServiceNow platform
  • ServiceNow user administration and security best practice
  • Presenting prototypes to key stakeholders and end-users
  • Translating stakeholder and end-user feedback into fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Providing input to release planning and reviews

ServiceNow Developer/Administrator

  • 2+ years ServiceNow experience and formal certifications
  • The role will report to the Corporate Business Systems Manager and be responsible for:
  • Administration and maintenance of existing ServiceNow service catalogue items (including process/workflow configuration, notifications, forms, user records, and list views)
  • Administration and delivery of platform upgrades, releases, patches and hot fixes
  • Configuration changes for notifications, forms, user records, list views and service catalogue items
  • Active participation in maintaining and implementing processes and best practices used in support of decision making
  • Design and development of new catalogue items, forms, workflows & content pages if/as required by the eHub expansion project
  • Creating new or managing existing modules and applications in ServiceNow
  • Supporting multiple business units to provide continuous improvement within Business Systems
  • ServiceNow user administration and security best practice
