Job Description
The Role is based in CBD and We are looking for a System Officer/Level 2 Help Desk with Salesforce and Grant System Experience for an exciting 6 month contract.
Accountability's:
- Provide grants systems and business process support to internal and external users of grants systems, including providing solutions to issues
- Maintain grants management systems user access and security
- Coordinate or participate in data integrity projects in grants systems, respond to reporting requests as required
- Coordinate system support.
- Undertake business analysis and coordinate system release and/or changes as required
- Identify opportunities for improvement to training modules and materials
- Effective relationships with system vendors and technical specialist
- Actively engage with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of system support service
Specialist/Technical Expertise
- A relevant tertiary qualification and Salesforce Certification would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in supporting grants management systems and processes is highly desirable.
