Our client, a growing Managed Service Provider, are looking for a technical support specialist to join them on an initial 6 week contract, although this is very likely to extend.
This role will involve a mixture of assiting their client with an IT audit as well as providing general IT and technical support, this will include:
- Level 1 / Level 2 support for Windows environment
- Install and Configure Windows server 2016.
- Troubleshooting Active Directory Domain (incl Group Policies.)
To be considered for this role you will:
- Have previous experience with the above technologies
- Have an excellent customer service mindset
- Have excellent communication skills
