Job Description

Primary purpose of the role
The Project Support Officer provides a comprehensive range of high level administrative and project support tasks across a range of projects to facilitate a high-quality implementation. Project Support Officers will be deployed to directly support one or more implementations by assisting the Project Manager and Project Team with practical work to progress the project.

Key accountabilities

  1. Apply appropriate tools and techniques to extract data, interpret and prepare reports and bulk upload files
  2. Assist the project team in the production and maintenance of project documentations including user guides, communication flyers and other technical cheat sheets
  3. Perform full inventory audits and stocktakes as part of each project implementation
  4. Assist the project team in all training and user acceptance testing activities
  5. Contribute in the maintenance of the product master database
  6. Work closely with Project Managers and Project Team to provide project support as directed
  7. Adhere to project management methodology and processes
  8. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and project stakeholders
  9. Fully participate and engage in the team culture, mindset and philosophies by modelling expected behaviours and values
  10. Other project administrative support to Project Team as required or directed

Key selection criteria

  1. Exceptional attention to detail with an ability to bring solutions to problems
  2. Well-developed verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to liaise with all project stakeholders and end user of the h-trak system
  3. Is self-motivated, demonstrates initiative and the ability to work autonomously to timelines and schedules across multiple project tasks
  4. Strong organisational skills and flexibility
  5. Ability to multi-task, working across multiple projects simultaneously
  6. Strong Excel skills with experience in handling multiple large data sets
  7. Ability and willingness to travel interstate to customer site
