Verint or NICE Technical Support | Permanent Role | Sydney South
As a Technical Specialist it will be your responsibility to provide support and implement Verint or NICE Work Force Management and Optimisation solutions. Your main responsibility is to ensure an ongoing stability and availability of all critical business application and adhere to regulatory compliance as required by the industry.
Skills and Experiences required:
- Minimum of 5 years contact centre experience ideally Verint or Nice Systems
- Full understanding of ITIL methodology or previous experience working in an ITIL environment
- Experienced with Unified Communications and Contact Centre design, implementation and operation
- Previous experience with Cisco or Avaya Contact Centre solution implementation, upgrades and support
- A proven track record of Verint or Nice Systems solution implementation, upgrades and support.
- Ability to clearly update detailed design documents
- Verint OR NICE Systems Certifications an advantage
- Cisco Contact Centre implementation certifications - an advantage
- Avaya Certified Support Specialist Certification - an advantage
